Design & Development
At our computer design facility, we provide concept design, prototyping and original product design along with documentation as directed by our customer’s. Our design engineers and metallurgy experts complement our in-house manufacturing facility is offering solid modelling and analysis services by using CAE and CAD tools and other latest machinery.

Gravity Die Casting
Our casting facility is specialized in metal-pouring of Copper Alloys, Specialty Steels, Stainless Steels, Aluminium and Special Alloys. All the castings are processed as per GosStandart (Russian Federation Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Certificate), Naval Engineering Standards for Nuclear and other special applications.
Scope of work:
- Sand Casting of minimum 1Kg to a maximum 100Kg
- Investment Casting of minimum 50g to a maximum 35Kg
Forging
Vertex is specialized in Titanium, Speciality Steels and Stainless Steels forgings used in high stress environments to withstand a maximum pneumatic pressure of 600Bar/8700psi/60MPa in Nuclear, Missile, Oil & Gas, Warship and Aircraft Carrier applications.
Scope of work:
- Hot forging with maximum surface area 300 Diameter and weight up to 20Kg
- Steet-metal forging of parts with thickness from 0.5mm to 15mm
- Heat treatment
- Surface treatment
- Anodizing & Sand blasting
Precision Machining & Fabrication
With 15+ CNC machines, our machine centre is equipped with most advanced engineering platforms consisting of imported 4 axis & 3 axis CNC Milling machines, CNC Turn centres, CNC Lathes, VTL’s, Jig & H Boring Machines, Cutting, Drilling & Grinding machines, Weld machines and other sophisticated computer controlled machines. Vertex’s expertise in machining extends across all kinds of Titanium, Magnesium, Maraging Steels, Stainless Steels and other Speciality Steels, Inconel, Aluminum, Copper Alloys and various other materials.
Design & Development
At our TIG welding facility, we service across all kinds of Titanium, Copper Alloys, Speciality Steels, Stainless Steels, Inconel and other materials. The firm designs and manufactures custom and specialized semi-automatic fixtures based on the weld requirement.
Scope of work:
- Inhouse design and manufacture of fixtures
- Welding of Titanium in an Argon purged environment
- LEVEL 2 and LEVEL 3 Radiography Test as per standard
Cleanroom for Assembly
Vertex has a full-fledged cleanroom facility with custom made assembly fixtures and tools. All the products are assembled in cleanroom as per customer requirement.
Test Facility
All the products are subjected to advanced tests including NDT / DT / Cyclic / Endurance / Burst tests. The firm is equipped with 1000 Bar Hydro Test Bench and other customized Test rigs for special applications. Vertex has a 500 Bar Pneumatic Test Bench facility for operational testing of few of the most critical equipment manufactured for Naval and Air Defence applications.
